The ingredients used include a teaspoon of paprika for a smoky and slightly spicy flavour, a teaspoon of honey for a touch of sweetness, a teaspoon of mustard for a slightly spicy taste and a teaspoon of rosemary for a fresh, aromatic flavour. A pinch of black and red pepper lends an extra spiciness.
To prepare the marinade, the peppers in oil are mixed with the above-mentioned ingredients and left to stand for a certain period of time so that the spices and seasonings can absorb well. The result is an intense and tasty marinade, perfect for adding flavour to the dishes it is combined with.
