Mannarino's pepper marinade is the result of craftsmanship and high quality, prepared with selected ingredients to offer an authentic and genuine flavour.
The marinade includes peppers in oil, which are already tasty and intense in themselves, but are further enriched with a mixture of spices and seasonings. The ingredients used include a teaspoon of paprika for a smoky and slightly spicy flavour, a teaspoon of honey for a touch of sweetness, a teaspoon of mustard for a slightly spicy taste and a teaspoon of rosemary for a fresh, aromatic flavour. A pinch of black and red pepper lends an extra spiciness.
To prepare the marinade, the peppers in oil are mixed with the above-mentioned ingredients and left to stand for a certain period of time so that the spices and seasonings can absorb well. The result is an intense and tasty marinade, perfect for adding flavour to the dishes it is combined with.
Ideal for use at barbecues:
1) Brushing it over the piece of meat
2) By pouring it directly over the meat, the vapours of the marinade on contact with the embers are perfectly retained by the grilled meat
In fact, if applied while cooking, the marinade penetrates immediately as the fibres of the meat are greatly enlarged by the heat of cooking.
Instructions for use
Ideal for use at barbecues:

In fact, if applied while cooking, the marinade penetrates immediately as the fibres of the meat are greatly enlarged by the heat of cooking.
If you have time, sprinkle it over the piece of meat and let it rest in a cool place for at least 4 hours.

Consume after cooking
All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.
All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
