Mannarino pork ribs are 100% Italian and come directly from small, carefully selected breeders.
Our mannarini had the stroke of genius to make you look great at the Easter barbecue: they marinated them with our primitivo wine and glazed them with honey, and then cooked them for several hours in a slow cooker directly in a vacuum.
The result is incredibly soft and juicy ribs (the meat literally falls off the bone), and the primitive marinade gives a flavour boost that completes the picture.
All you have to do is regenerate them on the grill for 5/10 minutes and serve them as they are to all your diners!

Instructions for use:
All you have to do is take them out of the vacuum pack and heat them briefly on the grill for about 10 minutes, avoiding contact with the flame of the embers (depending on how high the fire is).
Alternatively, you can use a frying pan to avoid the risk of burning them with the flame.
Serve them as they are without adding anything.

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
Products that are delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, whereas bombette, ciocche and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.
All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
