I placed my order today, when will I receive it?
Milan: You will receive your parcel the day after your order. Deliveries are made every day, including Saturdays and Sundays. When finalising your order you can choose the delivery time.
Milan Hinterland, Monza and Brianza, Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Varese, Pavia, Lodi, Cremona: You will receive your parcel within 48 hours after ordering. Deliveries are made every day except Sunday. Once you have completed your order, you will receive a link to customise your delivery and choose your preferred time slot.
Rest of Lombardy: Orders leave every Monday and Wednesday. You will receive your parcel within the next 48 hours.
Italy (excluding islands)Orders leave every Monday. You will receive your parcel within 72 hours.
What allergens are present in the various preparations and which are gluten free?
Consult the characteristics of each product to check for possible allergens and the presence of gluten.
How long do products keep in the fridge and which ones can be frozen?
Vacuum-packed products can be refrigerated for up to 5 days, products in trays 48 hours. All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops and grandma's meatballs.
How is the meat packaged?
Our products are vacuum-packed using skinpack, a technique based on the application of a heat-shrinkable plastic film in contact with the product on food-grade cardboard to ensure the package is hermetically sealed. This makes it possible to keep meat fresh for longer, without adding gas to the package. In addition, the packaging is environmentally friendly: because 100% is recyclable with 90% less plastic than traditional packaging methods.

I have placed an order, how do I know if it is confirmed?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive confirmation of your order at the email address you used when purchasing. If you do not receive the email, check the Junk or Spam folder of your email inbox and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder.
I have received the parcel but there are products missing and/or errors.
I have confirmed my order, but I would like to change the content, may I?
We regret to inform you that it is not possible to add, modify or remove products to your order once it has been confirmed.
For which products can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
As these are perishable products, we do not allow the right of withdrawal.
