SHIPPING

We carry out shipments while respecting the so-called 'Cold Chain', which is essential for the transport of high-quality food products in order to preserve the goodness of the product and all its characteristics.
Shipments leave from our butcher's shop at 12, via Carlo Tenca, 20124, MI, where the products are prepared by our butchers.
For deliveries outside Milan we use exclusively refrigerated couriers.

Throughout Italy excluding islands. You can also choose one of our shops as delivery point.
We will keep your parcel cool and, once delivered, you can pick it up from 09.30 to 00.00 each day.

Milan: 3,90ā‚¬, free for orders over 39ā‚¬.
For postcodes 20142, 20151, 20152, 20153, 20156, 20157 the conditions below apply.

Bergamo, Bologna, Brescia, Como, Cremona, Florence, Genoa, Livorno, Milan Hinterland, Modena, Monza and Brianza, Padua, Parma, Pavia, Prato, Pisa, Pistoia, Piacenza, Reggio-Emilia, Rome, Turin, Varese, Verona, Vicenza: 10ā‚¬, free for orders over 79ā‚¬.

Milan: You will receive your parcel the day after your order. Deliveries are made every day except Sunday. During the finalisation of your order you can choose the time slot for delivery.
For postcodes 20142, 20151, 20152, 20153, 20156, 20157 the conditions below apply.

Milan Hinterland, Monza and Brianza, Bergamo, Brescia, Turin:Ā  You can choose your preferred delivery day, except Sunday.
You will be notified of the available dates when closing your order.

Rest Of Italy (excluding islands): You will be able to see the delivery day in the checkout, it is variable according to the postcode.Ā 
For some Cap orders leave every Monday and will be delivered by Friday of the same week. In this case you can contact support to find out the exact delivery day.

You can conveniently send and collect your parcel at any of our butchers' shops, simply give your name and order number at the checkout. Our dummies will keep the parcel fresh for you!

Milan: In-store pick-up is free of charge. You can collect your order from 12 noon on the selected delivery date.
To have pick-up in Milan, please select the 'Pick-up (Milan only)' option when checking out your order.

Outside Milan: The shipment of your order to the store follows the delivery conditions stated above. Once you have been notified of the delivery by the courier, you can pick up your parcel according to the opening hours of our butcher shops.
To ship to one of our shops, please select the option "Delivery" >> "Ship to one of our shops?" when checking out your order.

Products

Consult the characteristics of each product to check for possible allergens and the presence of gluten.

For the most part, our products are vacuum-packed using skinpack, a technique based on the application of a heat-shrinkable plastic film in contact with the product on food-grade cardboard to ensure an airtight seal on the package. In this way it is possible to keep meat fresh for longer, without adding gas to the package.
Furthermore, the packaging is environmentally friendly: because 100% recyclable and with 90% less plastic than traditional packaging methods.

From the moment of delivery, all meat can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Bombette, arrosticini, lamb chops, diaphragm, delicatessen and desserts for 3 days in the fridge.

Sauces and marinades for 1 month in the refrigerator.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, diaframma, lamb chops, grandma's meatballs and Sicilian cannoli.

PURCHASING AND SERVICE

The Mannarino Online Shop allows you to make purchases using: PayPal, Apple Pay, electronic Edenred Cards and Tickets. Cards of the following circuits are accepted: Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, Mastercard, American Express.

Yes, you can pay with electronic Edenred Tickets.

We accept up to 8 tickets per order, which cannot be used with other promotions.

You can place multiple orders to spend multiple tickets.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive confirmation of your order at the email address you used when purchasing.
If you do not receive the email, check the Junk or Spam folder of your email inbox and, if you use a Gmail address, also check the Promotions folder.

We regret to inform you that it is not possible to add, modify or remove products to your order once it has been confirmed.

As these are perishable products, we do not allow the right of withdrawal.
