We chose this type of chicken because it has tender meat and a taste that reminds us of chicken cooked by grandma: authentic, simple but good! Ideal for those who want to keep it light without sacrificing taste!

Mannarino's secret to making Chicken Breast special is the marinade. There are many different types of marinade for white meat but our favourites are: sweet mustard marinade and smoked paprika marinade:
Once 30 minutes have elapsed, take a non-stick frying pan, evo oil and cook the chicken on a high heat for 7-8 minutes. Check that it is well cooked and above all that it is WELL CARAMELED AND CRYING.

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
Products that are delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, whereas bombette, ciocche and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.
All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
