Whole Piemontese Chicken Breast

we propose a very simple but effective recipe, namely the classic baked chicken breast with potatoes and rosemary

Ingredients:

• 1 800 g whole chicken breast
• 500g diced potatoes
• 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
• 1 lemon
• salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. In a baking dish, place the potatoes in cubes and season with extra virgin olive oil, chopped garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
3. Cut the lemon into thin slices and spread it over the potatoes.
4. Lay the whole chicken breast on the potatoes, brush with a little extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes, until the chicken is well cooked and golden brown and the potatoes are soft and crispy.
6. Serve the whole chicken breast with the potatoes and lemon juice to taste.

This simple but tasty recipe will allow you to prepare a delicious and flavourful whole chicken breast, accompanied by crispy and aromatic rosemary potatoes.
