Mannarino's larded fillet is made from pigs 100% Italians which come directly from carefully selected small breeders.
Our mannarini tie a slice of lard around the fillet. Once the meat cooks in the pan, the lard will melt and not only add flavour, but also make the fibres softer on the palate.
