HOW TO COOK

Bombette mix 10

For the capocollo: place the "bombette" on a baking tray and put them in the oven preheated to 180° for 20 minutes.
Mannarino's touch: flakes of salt while they are still smoking to make them even more special.

Swivels of rump and caciocavallo cheese

Grill the skewers on a hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the meat is well cooked and the cheese very loose
Serve them as they are accompanied by a side dish to taste.

Apulian Caponatina

a BAGNOMARIA - using a pot and water at 100°.
in MICROWAVE - maximum power for about 3 to 4 minutes depending on the product
in the OVEN - at 170° for about 6/8 minutes
Garnish with a basil leaf at the end

Cannoli

The perfect dessert to end a nice dinner and then you can make it AS YOU WANT! You fill the wafers yourself with the sac a poche!
If you have some pistachio granules, chocolate and a pinch of icing sugar at home, you will finish the job off right!

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
