When we speak of the Bavarian breed, we mean a breed of cattle typical of Germany, particularly Bavaria. The peculiarity of this breed is the care given to the animals during breeding.
Traditionally, the Bavarian is also fed Grass Fed, without animal meal and above all without anabolic agents. These cattle are allowed to graze outdoors, so they can grow healthily and harmoniously in their habitat. The result is extremely soft and tasty meat.
