Mannarino's black poppy seed fillet is made from pigs 100% Italians which come directly from carefully selected small breeders.

Our mannarins then bread each fillet with black poppy seeds, which not only give it its black colour but also add a characteristic aromatic flavour note.

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use

Preheat the oven: Turn on the oven and set the temperature to 200°C.
Place the threads: Place the three pork fillets in poppy seed crust on the baking tray lined with baking paper.
Brushing with oil: Lightly brush the top of the fillets with olive oil to promote even browning.
Baking: Cook in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the fillets reach an internal temperature of at least 63-68°C, depending on your cooking preference.
Firing control: Check the cooking with a kitchen thermometer inserted into the thickest part of one of the fillets. Make sure the thermometer reaches the desired temperature.
At ease: Remove the fillets from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before cutting them up. This allows the internal juices to redistribute, keeping the meat juicy.
Cutting and service: Cut the fillets into slices and serve hot. You can accompany the dish with side dishes such as mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables or a mixed salad.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products that are delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, whereas bombette, ciocche and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
