DESCRIPTION

Ideal for roasting, braising and stewing.
Stew is a very popular dish in the period from October to March, as it lends itself to the preparation of many recipes.

We at Mannarino prefer beef, and in particular we use selected meat and priest's hat, all cut strictly with a knife into pieces as regular as possible.

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

Take a pan with not too high sides, evo oil, high heat and put the lightly floured meat in.
Blanch the meat well on all sides, pour on some aromatic white wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate for a few minutes.
Add the spices, a few cubes of lard for flavouring and balance with salt and pepper.
Add water and stir well. Cook for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, add some new peas and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
Finish the preparation with ground pepper and fragrant evo oil.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
