Our rump and caciocavallo swirls are made every morning by our mannarini.

Our rump is carefully chosen to ensure maximum freshness and a tender, tasty meat. The meat is then thinly sliced and rolled around fresh caciocavallo cheese.

Our Caciocavallo cheese-filled rump roulades are perfect for a dinner with friends or a barbecue in the garden. They are ideal as an appetiser or main course, accompanied by a fresh salad or baked potatoes.

Every bite of our rump steak rolls will be an explosion of flavour.

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

Grill the skewers on a hot grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the meat is well cooked and the cheese very loose
Serve them as they are accompanied by a side dish to taste.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
