Il Mannarino's chicken croquettes are irresistibly tasty!

They are prepared with yellow paste chicken 100% Italian and a crispy breadcrumb coating. The chickens are reared outdoors in Piedmont and the breeders guarantee a natural 100% feed: it is thanks to the corn-based feed that the meat takes on this yellow colour, synonymous with quality!

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

There are 3 different ways to cook croquettes:

Fried in sunflower oil at 165-170° for about 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
In the oven, 200° ventilated or static, baking paper, a drizzle of evo oil and bake for about 7-8 minutes.
In a non-stick frying pan with a little olive oil, cook for about 7-8 minutes over moderate heat, turning the croquettes very often.

Once cooked and golden brown, top with a pinch of salt flakes and your favourite sauce.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products that are delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, whereas bombette, ciocche and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
