When we speak of the Bavarian breed, we mean a breed of cattle typical of Germany, particularly Bavaria. The peculiarity of this breed is to be found in the care given to the animals during breeding. In fact, these cattle are allowed to graze outdoors, so that they can grow in a healthy and harmonious way in their habitat.
The result is an extremely soft and tasty meat.
