Beef straccetti are obtained through the traditional, artisanal work of our mannarini, who select only the best parts of the meat and process them by hand, cutting them into thin, regular strips.

Our meat comes only from the best breeds of cattle raised on pasture and fed natural food, guaranteeing an intense and authentic taste. Thanks to their versatility, beef jerky can be used in so many recipes: from the classic pasta dish with meat sauce to grilled meat, from Mexican fajitas to Asian cuisine with a wok.

Mannarino's Straccetti di Manzo alla Messinese are a tasty and aromatic specialitya mix of flavours and textures that makes it an ideal dish for a tasty and quick lunch or dinner.

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use

Ingredients:

300g of Mannarino beef strips
2 cloves of garlic
1 fresh chilli pepper
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley to taste

Preparation:

In a non-stick pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the garlic and fresh chilli pepper for a few minutes.
Add the Mannarino beef shreds and cook over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve the Mannarino beef steaks hot, accompanied by a side of vegetables or a fresh salad.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.

The Mannarino undertakes to deliver the products without interrupting the cold chain,
