Deliciously combined flavours in an irresistible chicken panzerotto: a perfect solution for a light but never boring meal.

Soft slices of chicken enclose a fresh filling of cherry tomatoes, basil and cheese that melts during cooking, making each bite irresistibly creamy. And to give it that extra touch of freshness, our Mannarini added a pinch of lemon zest to the breadcrumbs!

Chicken panzerotti are so versatile that they can be accompanied by baked potatoes, grilled vegetables or a fresh salad. No matter how you taste them, you are guaranteed a culinary experience that will make your mouth water and make you say, "I want more!"

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

Chicken panzerotti are very versatile and can be cooked in the oven or in a pan.

We propose baking or pan-frying below:

IN THE OVEN: place the chicken panzerotti on a non-stick baking tray and bake at 180° for approx. 15/20 minutesremember to turn them over once halfway through cooking and to check from time to time.
Mannarino's touch: flakes of salt while still smoking to make them even more special.
IN THE Frying PAN: on a hot non-stick frying pan and a drizzle of Apulian olive oil, place the chicken panzerotti and cook them for about 15 minutes. Remember to use the lid.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
