HOW TO COOK

Bombette mix 10

Bombette are very versatile and can be cooked in all sorts of ways, in the oven, in the pan and on the grill.
Mannarino's favourite? At Oven
We propose baking or pan-frying below:

IN THE OVEN: for the capocollo cospargiamo una teglia antiaderente con un filo d’olio evo pugliese, inseriamo le bombette e le inforniamo a 200° ventilato per circa 12 minutesremember to turn them over once halfway through cooking.
For the beefInstead, remember to remove them first, after about 10 minutes. You can enjoy them this way slightly rare or continue cooking for a few minutes.
Mannarino's touch: flakes of salt while they are still smoking to make them even more special.
IN THE PAN: for the capocollo, we start with a hot non-stick frying pan and a drizzle of Apulian evo oil, insert the 'bombette' and brown them on a high flame for about 3 minutes per side. Once browned well, lower the flame and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes. Do not use the lid otherwise they will not be as crispy as you are used to them being cooked.
Per il manzo, invece, utilizziamo sempre una padella antiaderente calda un filo d’olio evo pugliese, inseriamo le bombette e le facciamo rosolare a fiamma alta circa 3 minuti per lato. Puoi gustarle cosi leggermente al sangue o continuare per qualche minuto la cottura.

We always start by mincing the meat: salt, olive oil on both sides and some rosemary.
We take our steak and sear it 3 minutes per side over high heat for medium rare. Continue cooking for a further 3 minutes for a medium-cooked result.
Let it rest and then slice the meat.
Mannarino's touch: if you want to exaggerate, add some Pecorino cheese flakes!

Chicken wings are ready-made and ideal for baking

Preheat the oven to 180°.
Once the oven is hot, put them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Once ready, take them out of the oven and sprinkle with salt to taste. Don't forget!

The wings are ready as they are, grab them right off the bone and enjoy!

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
