HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

Remove the fillet from the refrigerator about an hour before cooking, so that it reaches room temperature.
Fire up the barbecue and heat the grill over medium-high heat.
While the barbecue heats up, rub the fillet with salt and pepper on both sides. Brush the fillet with extra virgin olive oil.
When the barbecue has reached the desired temperature, place the fillet on the grill and cook it for at least 10 minutes on each side until it reaches the desired doneness.
While cooking, brush the fillet with extra virgin olive oil and scatter the rosemary sprigs over the surface.
You can also pour marinade over it, the vapours generated by the grill will instantly penetrate the meat, whose fibres will have opened for barbecuing.
When the fillet is cooked, remove it from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Cut the fillet into slices about 2-3 cm thick, add salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with lemon wedges and sprigs of fresh rosemary.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
