DESCRIPTION

Tender slices of veal

approx. 300 g

Veal rump is the inner part of the thigh. It is one of the leanest and most tender cuts of veal, rich in protein but light and digestible. It's perfect to consider when you decide to follow a low-calorie diet that includes lots of sport, because it's a lean cut and contains few calories and little fat but gives plenty of nutrition.

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

Cook the slices in a frying pan with a little olive oil and high heat for 2-3 minutes, just enough time for a quick sear.
Alternatively, the slices can be breaded with breadcrumbs flavoured with herbs as desired.
For those who love frying: dip in egg and cook in plenty of peanut oil, the best oil for a quality fry.
When cooked, finish with salt flakes and a slice of lemon.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
