DESCRIPTION

The package consists of our white meat:

Chicken breast, 400 g.
Rosemary breaded chicken wings, 280 g.
Slices of veal, 300 g.
Veal hamburger, 2 pcs (about 150 g each)

If several packages are purchased in one order, it is possible that, for reasons of space, the products will be combined in one box. If, however, you prefer to receive a separate box for each parcel, you must indicate this in the notes when ordering.

HOW TO COOK

Chicken breast:

Mannarino's secret to making Chicken Breast special is the marinade. There are many different types of marinade for white meat but our favourites are: sweet mustard marinade and smoked paprika marinade:

For the first marinade, mix 2 tablespoons of sweet mustard, 1 tablespoon of evo oil, salt, pepper and a sprig of rosemary. Sprinkle well over the chicken and leave for 30 minutes.
For the second marinade, mix 1 big spoon of smoked paprika, 1 spoon of evo oil, 1 coffee spoon of brown sugar, salt, pepper and a couple of bay leaves. Sprinkle well over the chicken and leave for 30 minutes.

Once 30 minutes have elapsed, take a non-stick frying pan, evo oil and cook the chicken on a high heat for 7-8 minutes. Check that it is well cooked and above all that it is WELL CARAMELED AND CRYING.

Breaded chicken wings:

Chicken wings are ready-made and ideal for baking

Preheat the oven to 180°.
Once the oven is hot, put them in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Once ready, take them out of the oven and sprinkle with salt to taste. Don't forget!

The wings are ready as they are, grab them right off the bone and enjoy!

Slices of veal:

Cook the slices in a frying pan with a little olive oil and high heat for 2-3 minutes, just enough time for a quick sear.
Alternatively, the slices can be breaded with breadcrumbs flavoured with herbs as desired.
For those who love frying: dip in egg and cook in plenty of peanut oil, the best oil for quality fried food.
When cooked, finish with salt flakes and a slice of lemon.

Veal burger

Marinate the meat with olive oil, salt, pepper and a sprig of rosemary for about 10 minutes.
Take a non-stick frying pan or grill pan and cook the meat 4-5 minutes per side.
It is very important not to overcook the meat to avoid a dry effect: the meat should be juicy when cooked.
For those with a sweet tooth, the burger can be topped with a slice of stringy mature Caciocavallo cheese after cooking.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of cannoli.
