HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

There are so many recipes for lamb chops, Il Mannarino prefers them scottadito with a delicate and fragrant marinade to enhance the raw material:

Take 2 parts parsley, 1 part rosemary and 1 part mint, clean them thoroughly and chop them roughly. Add a freshly chopped chilli pepper and plenty of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients together and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Dip the ribs into the marinade and leave for about 30 minutes.
Once this time has elapsed, take a non-stick frying pan or, better still, a grill and cook the chops over a high heat for about 3 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook them so as not to lose all the juiciness of the meat.
Mannarino's touch: salt flakes while still hot.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
