The Mannarino lamb loin is a fine cut of lamb with great taste, prepared by our mannarini with a skilful workmanship and hand tyingand enriched with a filling of herbs and bacon.

The lamb meat marries perfectly with the aromatic notes, creating a mix of flavours and aromas that will captivate your senses.

We recommend cooking the stuffed lamb loin in the oven, for even and delicate cooking. You can accompany it with a side of grilled vegetables or baked potatoes, for a truly unforgettable Easter lunch.

HOW TO COOK

Instructions for use:

There are so many recipes for lamb chops, Il Mannarino prefers them scottadito with a delicate and fragrant marinade to enhance the raw material:

Preheat oven to 180°C
Place the lamb loin stuffed with herbs on a baking tray, brush it with extra virgin olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake the pan in the preheated oven and cook the loin for about 25-30 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
After cooking, set the grill function to 250°C for 30 seconds to obtain a golden surface and a crispy crust
Take the herb-stuffed lamb loin out of the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

DELIVERY

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.

All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
