The marinade at Mannarino BBQ is the secret to tasty and tender meat. Our marinade is prepared with care and passion by our experienced butchers, using high-quality ingredients.
BBQ sauce, our main ingredient, is a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar and mustard, all seasoned with a pinch of black pepper. The BBQ sauce gives the marinade a sweet, smoky flavour that goes perfectly with meats.
To complete our marinade, we add a splash of extra virgin olive oil, which gives a fruity flavour and a creamy texture to the meat.
Mannarino's craftsmanship is evident in the preparation of each individual ingredient and the care with which they are blended together to create a unique and delicious marinade. Thanks to our marinade, your meat will be tastier and juicier than ever.

2) By pouring it directly over the meat, the vapours of the marinade on contact with the embers are perfectly retained by the grilled meat
In fact, if applied while cooking, the marinade penetrates immediately as the fibres of the meat are greatly enlarged by the heat of cooking.
Instructions for use
Ideal for use at barbecues:

In fact, if applied while cooking, the marinade penetrates immediately as the fibres of the meat are greatly enlarged by the heat of cooking.
If you have time, sprinkle it over the piece of meat and let it rest in a cool place for at least 4 hours.
Shelf life: 6 months
Ingredients: peppers in oil, teaspoon (paprika, honey, mustard, rosemary) a pinch of red black pepper

Consume after cooking
All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.
All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
