Marinated Turkey Slices with Citrus Fruit

Slices of Marinated Italian Turkey Rump

The Mannarino turkey is free-range and is 100% Italian.
A lean and tasty meat, turkey rump has increasingly become part of our cuisine and is particularly appreciated by those on a low-calorie diet because of its nutritional properties, being low in fat but rich in protein and minerals.

Our mannarins have thought of adding an extra note of flavour by preparing aaromatic citrus marinadeprepared by drying lime and orange peels and then adding pink pepper, kiwi, onions and carrots to the extra virgin olive oil.
The vacuum skin pack will then give the meat time to take up the marinade perfectly, so that the meat will be evenly penetrated with the marinade.
