The lamb Sardinian PGI half of the Mannarino is a prized piece of meat that comes from a breeding in the wildwithout any kind of food forcing or environmental stress. The meat of this lamb is soft, white and intensely fragrant, with high digestibility. The product is processed by our mannarini and is sold with thigh and rib, without head, without offal and with the PGI mark which guarantees its provenance and quality.
The Sardinian lamb PGI half of Mannarino is an excellent choice for a delicious barbecue, but its culinary versatility also makes it suitable for other cooking methods, from the traditional stew with olives, wild fennel and saffron, to the classic roast lamb with potatoes.

To prepare the tender meat of Sardinian lamb, it is rigorous to cook it over a gentle coals for about 90 minutes, turning it from time to time, so take care to avoid flare-ups or embers too close to the meat, moving the rib or thigh accordingly.
Once it is well cooked, cut it up with a sharp knife and serve it to your diners, it is so good that you don't even need to season it with anything else except a touch of salt at the end of cooking. They will be licking their lips guaranteed by Mannarino!

All products are delivered vacuum-packed: fillet, sirloin, arrosticini, rib-eye steaks, T-bone steaks, knife-point sausage, trotter, chicken, diaphragm and lamb can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
Products delivered in trays such as tartare and mince can be stored in the fridge for 1/2 days, while bombette, croquettes and all side dishes can be stored for 2 days.
All products can be frozen with the exception of: arrosticini, lamb chops, polpette della nonna, guancetta, vitello tonnato and cannoli siciliani.
